Using strengths assessment, values clarification, and decision‑making frameworks, students gain:

• Clear articulation of fit and readiness
• Stronger application narratives
• Confidence grounded in self‑knowledge

Required to Withdraw (RTW) Appeals & Return‑to‑Study Planning

Evidence‑based appeal strategy + accountability support ($250 includes help with building an effective appeal case, revision of appeal prior to submission, success planning and next steps after appeal decision is received approx. 2 hours of meeting time plus emails follow ups and advising)

RTW is not the end — but returning successfully requires more than a letter.

I support students through:

• Appeal viability assessment
• Strategic appeal development (what decision‑makers look for)
• Strengths‑based reflection and accountability planning
• Structured return‑to‑study success plans

This model is informed by my experience redesigning an Engineering RTW appeal process that increased student success rates from 37.5% to 78% in one year.

Medical & Compassionate Appeals (Fee $200 approx. 1.5 hours or direct support, plus email check-ins and advising)

This service focuses on:

• Framing experiences with self‑compassion and clarity
• Translating personal challenges into institutionally meaningful documentation

Grade Appeals & Academic Decision Reviews (Fee $150 approx. 1 hour meeting plus email follow up and advising)

Clear-eyed assessment of when — and how — to appeal

Not every grade appeal should proceed. I help students:

• Assess appeal feasibility realistically
• Understand academic regulations and precedents
• Prepare structured, professional submissions

The goal is not confrontation — it is credible, well‑reasoned advocacy.

Academic Success & Recovery Planning (Fee $500 – 3 sessions, plus email support and accountability check-ins)

For students who are:

• On academic probation
• Returning after time away
• Struggling with motivation, burnout, or confidence

Using positive psychology tools, we focus on:

• Growth mindset (without toxic positivity)
• Stress mindset and resilience
• Self‑regulation and emotional recovery
• Habit design and accountability

Strengths, Values & Motivation Assessment Sessions

Build self‑knowledge that drives performance ($250 – includes assessments, review of results and planning for next steps approx. 2 hours with follow up email consulting)

Students complete guided assessments to:

• Identify core strengths and values
• Understand motivation patterns
• Align academic choices with long‑term wellbeing

These sessions are often paired with appeals or applications to strengthen insight, reflection, and follow‑through.

Equity & Access

A limited number of reduced‑fee support spaces are available each term for students facing significant financial barriers, including first‑generation students. Requests are reviewed confidentially and availability is limited.
