Required to Withdraw (RTW) Appeals & Return‑to‑Study Planning

This model is informed by my experience redesigning an Engineering RTW appeal process that increased student success rates from 37.5% to 78% in one year.
Medical & Compassionate Appeals (Fee $200 approx. 1.5 hours or direct support, plus email check-ins and advising)

Students navigating illness, mental health challenges, or personal crises need support that balances honesty, evidence, and dignity.
This service focuses on:

- Reducing shame while maintaining accountability
Grade Appeals & Academic Decision Reviews (Fee $150 approx. 1 hour meeting plus email follow up and advising)
